Healthy palm tree !

I’ve received my order on time, as per the email confirmation and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. I’ve got a very Healthy Plant, I had my tub prepped and ready as I knew exactly when my palm tree was arriving.

It was well watered within its packaging too!, in fact the soil was perfect and it’s got really strong healthy roots…

I’ve seen these in garden centres for cheaper but they don’t look as healthy. I’m well pleased and I’ve not had any issues from ordering to it been in its pot! Hopefully it’ll continue to grow as good as my last one 4 years ago which is now about 6ft high in its tub .. they are perfect to fit about each area in your garden as they are bushy once established and tall enough to be above fence level to give you more privacy!

I’d definitely order again, couldn’t fault anything…

I’ve used these guys twice now for…

I’ve used these guys twice now for delivery of stone. First 2 bags spot on, I’ve ordered again this year another 2 850kg bags, 1 bag perfect stone. Unfortunately the 2nd bag there was a lot of sand in it, the stone didn’t even look the same as the other, however it was just to cover my driveway so not too much of an issue. If I’d got it for anything else I think I’d have asked for it exchanging. Good delivery and price.

I was referred in April 2023 through…

I was referred in April 2023 through right to choose. My assessment was December 2023 so not long at all. I did found it difficult to make contact with ADHD360 via phone, email was better, however still a few days for a reply and when they did reply the information I was given was barely related to what my questions were, so I still felt unsure. On 2 separate occasions I did get through on the phone the young lady I spoke to was very unsure and had to keep putting me on hold, when she came back to the phone she relayed her initial unsure response which wasn’t helpful but everyone I’ve ever spoken with has always been pleasant and friendly.
I suspect its new staff that have not had long enough to learn the information they need to inform patients. And it’s the volume of referrals they get.
My Doctor who did my assessment was absolutely incredible, informative, funny and made me feel so relaxed. He spent time to really question me and wasn’t afraid to challenge my answers which sometimes we’re probably a bit different to my written statements I’d sent in prior to my appointment.
All in all it’s been quick and easy, I had my outcome the same day which has actually changed my life already. I have a follow up booked.
All in all I would most definitely recommend this company and I’m sure the teething problems will get ironed out.
Considering the amount of people being referred they are doing a fantastic job and service.
I will be forever grateful.

Profit monsters

This company along with many other companies bleeding customers dry during a financial crisis ( created by greed), think it’s acceptable to give customers a few day’s notice they are going to increase customers DD by nearly 50% with no options other than spend a stupid amount of time on the phone, or to cancel the DD to avoid bank charges really boils my blood.
Luckily the advisor ( Batool) answered my email really quickly and assured me I could lower my DD instantly before my next payment was due out, otherwise I’d have had to miss paying other priority bills as I’d been given 10 days to find the extra money to pay the increase. Or get bank charges…
I suspect most ppl like myself have a budget to stick to per month and plan ahead as I do.
I will find something to cut back on, probably food! Which is disgusting when I’m working full time and barely have any free cash from month to month while these providers make millions in profit and probably pay minimum wages to their advisors…
Shame on you !
Got us caught in their web of lies, blaming covid, Russian government.. rather than being honest and tell us their profit comes before customers!

Firstly, I'm really sorry that you've had a bad experience with us; this is absolutely not what we aim for. I thought I would shed some light on the situation to give a little clarity and explain how this might have happened.
We run a process called “Payment Adequacy” on all of our accounts at least once a year and 45 days into the supply of that meterpoint. This process looks at the direct debit payment amount that is currently set and the up to date annual usage figure estimate that we have created, to ensure that our customers are paying the correct amount for their actual usage. This means we are looking forward into possible future usage (e.g. in summer or winter months where you may use more or less energy) as well as your current usage. We want your account to be in a healthy place before winter months so that you do not go into debit and vice versa for summer and going into credit.
We will never just change your direct debit amount without notifying you, and we can also keep your direct debit payments the same if you would prefer. We always want our customers to be on a payment plan which at least covers their consumption. Otherwise, you run the risk of accumulating debit on your account (particularly during winter months). However, the amount you pay is completely in your control so I am glad to hear one of our energy specialists was able to amend this to your preferred amount.
We advise customers to also keep an eye on their online account and submit monthly meter readings, so we (and you) can have a better view of your energy usage.

I came across this site about 2 years…

I came across this site about 2 years ago! Wow I have had some awesome items…
Shoes, are amazing for the price and always come in posh boxes, with tissue paper wrapped around them. I can’t imagine they can even produce this quality for the money! There will never be any good reason not to dress well.

I purchased AAT Level 2

I purchased AAT Level 2, including AAT Membership. The link didn't arrive for my Membership so I made a call to E-Careers, David was absolutely brilliant. I only expected to get the link resent, however David spent the time to show me around the software, how to download the workbooks. He was very gently spoken, gave me time to do what i needed to do to get started. His help was so clear and concise, even i found it easy to follow. If this is how e-careers work then I have no doubt at all that I will get through this course and achieve my goal to change careers at the age of 53.

The application process was quick and simple. Having the option of a payment plan is an added benefit too. This also was quick and simple to follow.

Fabulous job

Fabulous job, second time I e used them and I can not fault it. They had a fantastic discount code which saved me £75. I checked all other suppliers and the discount was genuine! I couldn’t find them cheaper so well pleased.

Ordering was straight forward, good availability. I booked on the Friday and had them fitted Sunday morning ready for work on Monday.

Always polite fitters, really efficient too. All 4 done in around 40 mins.

I would have given 5 stars however...I…

I would have given 5 stars however...I ordered and paid for a new king size mattress for my son. I was sent a delivery email and a txt with the 2 hr slot. 4.35 to 6.35. We were the 21st drop out of 21 drop offs.
At 5pm I received a call from customer service to say the driver didn’t have a door number to deliver to and wouldn’t be delivering the mattress!!
Obviously I was fuming, my son was home from hospital that day and had had no bed to sleep in ! Customer service tried to explain the driver had randomly picked 2 houses to knock on, neither of them mine. There was nothing she could do! So I told her that she can call the driver and ask him to come to the correct property!
To cut a long story short, I had the drivers number and rang him myself and explained my situation!
Thankfully he came back and delivered the mattress and took it upstairs for us as my son would never have got it upstairs after his operation and i definitely wasn’t strong enough.
So yes I would definitely recommend them, and the mattress is very good quality!
Maybe a little common sense should have been applied and had the sense to ring me because someone must have noticed at some point throughout the order process and driver sheets that they had cut off the house number on their own paperwork.
My bill has my full address on!
