I bought my doll in early May. My first doll purchase so I had a lot of questions, concerns and changes. Pre-Production communication was very effective. They took the time to answer my questions and give me an experience I never expected. Post Production communications was first rate. They made sure what I ordered was what I wanted with pictures and all before shipment. I even had a last minute change in eye color post production that they were happy to accommodate. There was no hesitation on their part. Post Shipment communication was fantastic. I had an issue with an accessory that I purchased and they quickly addressed my issue and ensured that I was happy with my purchase. I can tell you I am very happy with it and have already decided that my next doll purchase will be through them as well. No need to shop around for the best prices .. their dolls are true to life and affordable within many price ranges. Yes I finally got mikey on may 20-24 even though fed ex delivery driver sent it to my next door neighbors address on the porch so when they sent a picture showing delivery there I went next door to get it when I came in from work so took it inside called my girlfriend over because I got it for her because she wanted a threesome play so she's introducing me to it also he good and heavy duty love the texture of it it was excellent just like the display showed we.ll enjoy it Brian

Small But Great, I bought this a while back and it was my first purchase of something like this. And it was perfect, small so I could clean it easy and store it anywhere but big enough to actually play with it a little. You wont be able to actually get clothes for it, which it my reason for the 4/5 stars, but for the price its really good!
