The order of dark arts and 7th witch house are just a cult scam that started on Facebook in 2018. It's just a marketing funnel that oversells inexpensive products like candles, cards, and jewelery from websites like Alibaba. People shared pictures online of their oils turning green and that's evidence of them using fake gold flakes. Their website and group always have a sale, always something to buy when Dark Magick and Lucifer do not require anything for fantastic results. When you get deeper into their made up lore, they have you send energy to their made up egregores like the 7th, choronzon, hedona, etc and they worship the leader as the living incarnation of the 7th, the princess of the 7th circle of Hell. Seriously.

Placed 2 orders with PCD and both orders had mistakes. First order they sent the wrong cards. They corrected by sending the correct decks and let me keep the mistake (Awesome!). Second order I received an unsealed deck that had been shuffled (not awesome). There are other options I might consider the next I buy some cards. Update: playing card decks issued a refund for the opened deck.

For some reason I ended up with USPS marking my order delivery as complete even when I hadn't received my package yet. Making me suspect someone had stolen my Rider deck I contacted the support email to check if they had any further info. Crystal; the rep who replied was probably one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with to help me sort it out. The response was fast and precise, and her follow up is to be commended. I was asked to leave this review of which I have no problem doing, because good customer service is hard to come by these days! I work as a service manager for a telecommunications company, and I work hard to train staff in the hopes they can provide this level of customer service, maybe then the world would be a nicer place!
