I bought based on a Wirecutter review. I actually like the pillow cases I bought from Amazon at 1/3 the price better because they’re softer and have a hidden zipper on the end so you can use both sides of the pilllow. The envelope closure makes that impossible. I was disappointed.

I ordered online from Israel. The designs are all unique and beautiful, the prices quite reasonable - albeit not cheap. The delivery (International, DHL) came 3 days earlier than I expected - which is a plus. I ordered on Sunday (so not during working hours) and got it on Thursday. The only minus - one of the stitches in the corner of the bag had a tiny piece of torn leather sticking out. (You would expect a 900$ bag to not have that, but wasn't too noticeable and I cut it off.) The bag itself - Midi Mayfair in Black caviar - is rather light and sturdy, also the hardware looks nice and the detachable chain in a bonus. Would recommend.

I ordered the Women’s Asymmetrical Brown Leather Jacket. It exceeded my expectations. The jacket is very well-made, crafted from soft, high-quality leather, and the service was excellent. Although there was a shipping delay, which was not their fault, they promptly responded to my emails.

The installers arrived before the scheduled time. They were polite and ready to go! They inspected the floors and informed me of their plans to fix the subfloor issues. Made sure that my flooring choice was correct. They installed quick and efficiently. After they had completed the floors they had me inspect their work to address any issues that I had. They moved the furniture back in place, swept and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with my experience.
