I ordered a “Primo Grill Stainless Steel Hinge and Handle kit” for my Primo xl grill. I received a regular steel handle kit instead. When I called Grill Collection I was told I got the correct item. When I told them it was not correct and I needed to return it they told me I would be charged a 26% restocking fee! I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were in meetings all day. I called at 12:00 noon! Very disappointed in the customer service. I hope a manager eventually calls and I can get this worked out. Beware

Just purchased a new LG washer and dryer. Thanks to Carl Cruz for making the sale easy and working with us to get a great price. Also thanks to the installers, Steve and Mike. They did a great job working with the space in our laundry room and the short hallway leading to it. They got the old appliances out and the new ones in perfectly. RC Willey has one of the best if not the best delivery notification systems we’ve ever seen. We were kept up to date on delivery times and the installers showed up right when they said they would. Could not have asked for anything more. Have been with RC Willey for years they are the best.
