I purchased the system last year and from the beginning has been a horrible experience, the salesman lied, he told me just to make the sale that if I called before the year end the first service was free, was not, when I called for my first service, the first customer service representative have wait 3 days for someone else to call me back, just to tell me that my service was going to be $400 because I wait a couple months after the year and then make me wait again for a third service person to call me back to tell me when they have the time to perform my service. I just got my system serviced last week and my water is white cloudy, looks like milk, I called and of course I was told that I have to wait a couple days for service to call me back to see when they can come over to check what they did wrong in the first place. If you are looking for a water system stay away from this one because is a horrible experience all together. And is expensive too. Everything sucks in this product from the costumer service to the system itself

Representative promised F1 filter with unit. Fla filter sent with promise to supply F1 filter when manufactured sometime in June. Then when issue was discussed, Waterdrop staff would not stop shipment vis FedEx. Customer had to get FedEx to issue RTS (return to shipper) instructions. To Waterdrop credit, the customer did receive prompt credit.

My sister is 65 who waited all day for their engineer to turn up. We confirmed the appointment several times and they have the audacity to call at 5pm and tell us the appointment was not booked properly. And such a rude and arrogant rep called, you could tell they don't care.

The purify water bottle is amazing charges quick. The bottle is very high quality. The only they could improve on is time from when you order it to the time you receive it. It's well worth the wait.

I would prefer to give ZERO stars! They left our yard and street a complete mess! We had to clean that ourselves. Now it’s a year later and yard is horrible and has a huge rut and mound in it. It can’t be mowed or anything. It turns to mud in the rain. It’s not even level with our house. Do NOT use them!!! I have many photos to show the damage.

We are very happy with the water dispenser. The ice maker makes the crushed ice just like a snow cone, my grandkids love it! It was easy yo install. The best part for me as a boomer, the bottom load is essential!
