The stein is beautiful, albeit smaller than I had thought it would be it is still wonderfully crafted. The packaging was nice and padded to ensure the safety of the stein and it came in quite quickly. Absolutely reccomend!

I was impressed with the wedding cup. It is beautiful and top quality. I am very excited to give it to my son & daughter in law on their wedding. We received one from a friend of my father’s from Germany 43 years ago fo our wedding. I was so thrilled to find one on your website to continue a family tradition. I must say the yours is more detailed than ours making it more spectacular for this occasion. The attention to detail and pewter finish is amazing.

I ordered a the "Green Tyrolean Hat with Feather". There were good instructions on how to measure my head to get the right hat size. The hat arrived quickly, was carefully packaged, and is of beautiful quality. The only thing that could be better is more pictures of the product on the website.

Steins were packed securely to prevent shipment damage. The steins are beautiful !! I also liked the authenticity certificate and the Hoffbra coasters. I am defiantly going to order two or three more steins to serve to my guests beer. Vunderbar!!!!

I order a second hat from GermanSteins.com in the same size as my previous purchase. Unfortunately, it was too big. When I called to discuss a replacement, the customer service rep was kind enough to give me free shipping on my replacement hat as well as free shipping on the return. I really like the two hats I've purchased. They are great quality, priced right and they look great. I will definitely buy from GermanSteins.com again.
