"Our Fight" came quickly and beautifully packaged. I felt special opening it and my book was very well protected in transit. Autographed as promised (even televised while she did it). Excellent experience, highly recommend Premiere Collectibles.

I look forward to reading the book. As for the service PC provides I would recommend immediate and frequent email updates to keep your customers informed of every step of the process of delivery. Encourage book authors/signers to sign their names so that it is legible and doesn’t denote a sense of hurry. A loop and wavy line across the page is what I do when I have to sign a ton of documents when I am in a hurry to get out of the situation. Not a criticism, just a respectful critique.

The product was exactly how it was pictured in the advertising. It arrived as promised. The book is remarkable and filled with authentic content as is relatable. Of course, the autograph is icing on the cake.

True professionals! I was impressed with the communication and packaging. The book was double packed in a sealed plastic bag, and then in a recyclable paper shipper. They truly understand the importance of that. My book also came signed, with a certificate of authenticity. Very happy with my experience!

The shipping was okay, the dust jacket did come creased at the top. I was overall disappointed though that the "autograph" was an autographed sticker that was stuck to the book instead of the book itself being signed. That wasn't specified in the description or I wouldn't have bothered paying for an autographed copy.

I bought RuPaul's signed memoir from this company for my mom for mother's day. At first, it seemed almost too good to be true, because it was affordable and you expect something like that to cost more. I read other reviews that sang premier collectibles' high praises so I trusted that. Everything was legit. Package came when it said it'd come, with the certificate of authenticity and everything. It was a really special present for my mom. I'll never top it again lol 10/10 no complaints ;)

Item damaged in shipping. You should have extra book covers to account for damages. If a person is paying for a book with a signature they obviously want the item in good condition, not a damaged item for a lesser price.

I brought it to the attention the day I ordered the Tulsi Gabbard books. I qualified for the autographed copy being one of the 50 first people to respond during PBD's podcast. I had ordered an unsigned copy from your company before I knew I won the autographed copy. I immediately sent an email asking to cancel the book I ordered before I won. I received a generic response in return with no instructions on how to make a return or if eligible for a return. I'd like to return the copy I paid for and not the signed copy I won. I was also charged for both, after showing proof from PBD I won a free signed copy. I would like a refund on both books and to return the one I purchased for a refund. I gave a 2 star vs a 1 star in hopes you will do take the correct decision. I will update my rating if you honor my request. Thank you in advance-Stormy Magiera
