Honestly, they shouldn’t even get a star. The service that we have received in the past year has been absolutely horrid, the first door we got the paint started shipping after 3 weeks called to complain and they said it was a manufacturing error. We waited six months for a door replacement without updates, rude customer service agents, and poor communication!! When they came to install the replacement they installed the incorrect door and the installer told us that it was going to be six weeks and that they woudl reach out , two weeks passed and still no word or update was recieved, so I had to call the company. They put hold on 20 minutes and then told that I would get a call back. It took 2 1/2 months just to get another door that once again was incorrect, We were told again that it was going to be rush, ordered and still waiting . So we have been paid for a door that isn’t correct isn’t what we ordered and isn’t what we paid for and they have done nothing to make it right. On top of that, the installer noted that we’ll probably be needing replacements on the door for the rest of our lives because of poor Manufacturing. So please do not buy a door through this company!!!!!!

Honest team that explained the current situation and their products offering different options. Excellent, professional installers who were patient and explained things as requested. There were a few minor cleanup items missed on the exterior but likely just overlooked. Overall I would recommend this company.

We were repeatedly lied to. Was told it would be installed on the day scheduled. I talked with 3 different people at empire today. All said it would be done that day. Late afternoon no one had showed up so I called again and was told no one was available to do it today. It would be next week. We had room cleared out for them. Last season I talked to was customer service. I was told I would get a full refund. That’s didn’t happen. They were going to keep 25% of of the amount for job. Lies are not a good way to run a business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

STAY AWAY FROM RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN! They have literally hundreds of negative reviews. To make it easy I am just going to quote another person who felt exactly the same way "From the moment the representative arrived, their attitude was atrocious. They were rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by wanting a quote. I was treated like a child being scolded by a teacher." When I confronted salesperson and told him that I really didn't like his attitude towards me when I was asking questions in comparison to other companies. One of the questions was why Renewal by Andersen offering only 10-year warranty when other companies selling exactly the same Andersen sliding door offering Lifetime Warranty or at least 20-year warranty. After every single question I would get that arrogant smile from the arrogant salesperson and belittle talk about how other companies are not good, and their warranty means nothing, and what warranty worth if other company goes out of business and all other hypotheticals that made me feel very uncomfortable asking any questions. Second reason I would stay away from Renewal by Andresen their prices for the exactly the same Andresen patio door we already got many quotes for was literally more than three times more expensive for exactly the same or even better options, for example $3,700 with installation and lifetime warranty on everything vs. $15,000+ original price that with discount got down to close to $12,000 to make us feel better about discount. We saw some very high-end patio sliding doors with some crazy option like sliding on the top and not bottom tracks with locking mechanism that would lift the door to make door slide seamlessly easy that was quoted to us for $9,300+. Me and my wife just looked at the salesperson and thought if he was serious. Well, he was. One more reason I would stay away from Renewal by Andersen is they don't have many color options (two brown color options vs. literally 10 different brown color options from other companies), only one locking systems vs. at least four we've got from other companies. You like miniblinds, forget about it, salesperson going to give you speech how much blinds compromise the sliding door. We really didn't like how very few options Renewal by Andersen had in comparison to other companies. Literally day and night. Salesperson also try to tell me that I would receive survey and anything below 9 stars would be considered a failure. That's when I told him straight that every single time I asked you a question you gave me that arrogant smile and belittle me like I know absolutely nothing what I am talking about and other companies are just garbage and won't stay much in business, so lifetime warranty means nothing. I told him some companies were in business for over 35 years and longer, again I've got that arrogant smile back. In other words, probably one of the worst experiences we had out of all other companies. Good luck staying in business! I am sure in the next few years you'll be out of business.

I thought about getting a credit card with an image of my cat on it. Cardrare really did an awesome job, very happy with the result. It is really expensive, so I chose matte black color so that scratches are less visible. Support answers fast and helpful.

Unprofessional Service and Poor-Quality Work I recently hired Go Flooring to redo the floors in my home, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the service I received was unprofessional and the quality of work was subpar. Initial Issues: - Glue Residue: After the installation, I found glue left all through the house. This was not only unsightly but also a significant inconvenience. - Damaged Property: The installers broke a closet door during the process. This added to the frustration and the overall negative experience. Warranty Concerns: After removing the old flooring, the installers informed me that the floor was unlevel. They stated that in order to proceed with the installation, I would have to forfeit my 25-year warranty. Given the condition of my home after the old flooring was removed, I felt pressured to give up the warranty just to have the job completed. Lack of Follow-Through: Upon contacting the office, the installation manager assured me that the door would be repaired, and the glue cleaned up. However, a month passed with no action taken. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable. Unprofessional Communication: When I escalated the issue, I was referred to the president of the company. The message he left on my phone was shockingly unprofessional and condescending. He implied that I didn't understand how business works because I requested to speak with the owner. In my experience, when a customer is unfairly treated, they have every right to escalate their concerns to the highest level. Poor Customer Service, I had been in contact with the district manager, who initially seemed to understand my concerns. However, after the president's unethical remarks, the district manager neglected to return my calls. This further demonstrates the company's lack of respect and professionalism. I am extremely disappointed with Go Flooring. The quality of work was poor, the communication was unprofessional, and the follow-through on promises was nonexistent. I ask that someone from the company contact me with respect and professionalism to resolve these issues. If not, my next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The one star is for the salesperson that was my first contact and my one positive experience. I didn't receive what the mission statement said I would: "At go flooring, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best quality products and services possible. We strive to create a positive customer experience from start to finish by exceeding expectations and accommodating individual preferences."

First installer took off for being sick. Second one came in and yelled at me for asking a question. What his supervisor and salesman promised was not what I saw. When I complained to the customer service, the second guy picked up and left leaving unfinished bathroom. I complained to his supervisor and he came back the same day to finish. Westshore is a hot mess. Customer service is dreadful. Avoid!!!
