Denise was amazing in explaining the process to me and getting it scheduled. He followed up a few days before, the day of, and a few days later. The staff that came out to shred the documents we also amazing, it was started and completed so quickly that by the time I gave them my payment and signed for the service they were finished, I had to ask them to show me the footage (lol)

I haven’t had a chance to use it yet I just received. The Vac track came in a reasonable time. It seems to be well built & only took about an hour to charge. The vac trac came with multiple attachments & the magnets are very strong. I Have used a shop vac before and it’s a two person job. Also you hope you have a it clean enough that you don’t get any trash into your tractor. I think this dedicated vac system with magnets will work much better and you can finish your filter change out on your tractor by yourself.

I ordered a knife from Tokushu that didn't end up working out for me. I contacted Tony and asked what options I had, and he quickly got back to me and offered a return for store credit so I could get something that was better suited for my needs. I'll certainly be a return customer with customer service like that!
