I purchased the system last year and from the beginning has been a horrible experience, the salesman lied, he told me just to make the sale that if I called before the year end the first service was free, was not, when I called for my first service, the first customer service representative have wait 3 days for someone else to call me back, just to tell me that my service was going to be $400 because I wait a couple months after the year and then make me wait again for a third service person to call me back to tell me when they have the time to perform my service. I just got my system serviced last week and my water is white cloudy, looks like milk, I called and of course I was told that I have to wait a couple days for service to call me back to see when they can come over to check what they did wrong in the first place. If you are looking for a water system stay away from this one because is a horrible experience all together. And is expensive too. Everything sucks in this product from the costumer service to the system itself

Setting the stage: I had a Della brand mini split installed in my garage last fall, somewhat skeptical of the mini split option. That turned out to be a success, so I turned my attention towards the house. Our central HVAC is nearly 20 years old, and I knew I'd have to replace it. I made the bold decision to instead go with mini splits for 2 main reasons: 1) Individual room temperature control; 2) Less expensive even after installation and hopefully uses less electricity I selected Senville because of cost, functionality (i.e. up/down and left/right air flow control), good reviews, and ability to control via Alexa app. So far I have been impressed with the heating and cooling abilities. After getting the first couple indoor units hung, the rest were quicker to configure and install. I now have 6 total indoor units, with 2 outdoor units (a 4 capacity and 3 capacity unit). They are actually the same size, the 3 capacity just doesn't have the 4th connectors. I hired an HVAC person to run the lines between the indoor and outdoor units. The outdoor units are very heavy, need at least 2 people to move into place. I'm using wall mounts. The first I got from Amazon, the 2nd from Senville directly, thinking it would be a better fit. Until Senville fixes issues with the mounting bracket they offer, I would stay away from it. Were it not for the bracket, this would have been an easy 5 rating. The mounting lag bolts that came with the bracket has a head too big to tighten the bracket due to the recessed area it goes into. I ended up stacking a bunch of washers on each just so I could tighten them. The washers for the feet mounts are so small and weak they will not work, they pull right through upon tightening. I had to find my own washers. Lastly, some of the other bolts had a different size nut head than the bolt head, requiring 2 different sized wrenches/sockets for tightening which is quite unusual and annoying. We are excited to see how these perform in our very hot (100 degrees F) and very cold (-10 degrees F) climate. So far I really like how they look, how whisper quiet they are, and their performance.

I'll make it brief because I have to run my business. * Their deliver was 2 weeks late * The item we ordered was not the same as what was delivered. * Only positive is their return policy is decent, and their customer service person was very nice, and apologetic but unfortunately could not resolve the issues with their logistic. Very poor delivery service.
