The pergola was delivered well packed and timely and looks great assembled. The only issue was the delivery. I ordered white glove service and the delivery service offloaded the very large and heavy crate to my driveway instead of my pool deck as requested.

Pergolux makes a great product. Sometimes communication via phone and chat can be annoying with them but they have responded to most of my calls. I got a sundream and then changed it to pergola s2 and got a motor for the auto louver function. Elite tech-These guys know how to get this installed. Did accomodate my request for earlier install but I did pay the premium. For such a nice pergola it deserves a professional install. I bought a Pergola S2 with slats and one screen. looks stunning. Good work Elite tech. Overall very happy with pergolux and elite tech.

I purchased a seagull pro on 6/19/2023 and the product worked for the remaining of summer. When I reopened the pool the seagull pro would not function. I contacted customer service and they claimed they only replace warranted equipment with refurbished equipment. After a long email chain, the company agreed to replace with a new seagull pro pool cleaner, the company sent a call tag and now they claim they have no refurbished equipment at this time. I was completely lied too. I would not purchase any Aiper pool equipment. There is no repair facilities local and they only warrant replacement with refurbished equipment, but they do not put their replacement requirements in their warranty information. I wasted $749.99 dollars.

Patrick was very helpful in helping us size the right Pergola and get all the details in order. When it arrived, we were able to put it up immediately. Delivery turn around time was very short and that was very impressive. The bonus is that it is made in America!

Customer Service worked with me to determine which parts I needed. Ordering the parts was fast and easy. The only negative was never receiving any notification that my order shipped and was delivered. This was important to me because I had the shipment sent to an RV Park that I was heading to in a couple of weeks. Improving the shipment and delivery notification is needed!
